To honour the centenary of women's suffrage, Bex Cassie curated an exhibition for SHOWstudio, comprising of 100 fashion illustrations that celebrate women.

Historically women have struggled to control the way artists and photographers present them, an issue particularly prevalent in the fashion industry. With this in mind, Bex Cassie selected over 50 fashion illustrators and asked them to interpret 100 models who provoke and challenge conventions of femininity.

Bex asked each model, including the likes of Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Iman, Winnie Harlow, Cindy Crawford and Kendall Jenner, to select an image or look in which they felt most empowered and to provide a quote to explain their choice. Each look was then paired up by the Curator, to an artist who would render the look with justice. These personal moments demonstrate fashion’s ability to empower, unite and truly celebrate women. The artworks and depicted women support each other, both in their curation and their context. It was with hope that both the artists and their muses will help us to reimagine a woman's world. 10 % of proceeds from the sales of the artworks is also being donated to Women for Women UK: Charity, that helps female survivors of war.
